Terms of Service
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the Nymbo app and the Nymbo service. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Nymbo does
Nymbo is a booking platform. We let you find sports grounds and courts, see availability, reserve a slot and pay for it. The grounds, courts and coaching are owned and operated by independent venues, not by Nymbo. We are not the provider of the sporting facility itself.
Your account
You must be 18 or over to hold an account. You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code, and you are responsible for keeping access to that number secure. Bookings made from your account are treated as made by you.
Give accurate information when you register, and keep it current. We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, that repeatedly fails to honour bookings, or that is used to harass venue staff or other players.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when payment succeeds and the app shows it as confirmed. Until then the slot is not held for you.
Slot lengths are set by the sport and the venue. Most courts are booked by the hour; cricket is booked in three-and-a-half hour blocks. The time shown is local time at the venue.
Turn up on time. Venues are not obliged to extend your slot if you arrive late, and a slot you do not use is not refunded.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a booking from the app. Whether a cancellation is refundable, and how much is refunded, is set by the venue and shown before you pay.
If a venue cancels your booking, or the facility is unusable when you arrive through no fault of yours, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds are returned to the payment method you used and typically take five to seven working days to appear.
Payments
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not receive or store your card or UPI credentials. Your payment is also subject to Razorpay's own terms.
Conduct at venues
When you use a facility booked through Nymbo you are bound by that venue's rules on footwear, equipment, guests, conduct and safety. Venue staff may refuse entry or end a session for unsafe or abusive behaviour, and a session ended for that reason is not refunded.
You are responsible for any damage you or your guests cause to a facility.
Risk and liability
Sport carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk, and you are responsible for being fit enough to do so. Nymbo does not inspect, certify or supervise the facilities listed in the app.
To the extent the law allows, Nymbo's total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the booking the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Indian law — including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Availability of the service
We try to keep Nymbo working, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we will give notice in the app where a change materially affects existing bookings.
Our content
The Nymbo name, logo, app and its content belong to us. You may use the app for your own personal booking purposes. You may not copy, resell, scrape or reverse-engineer it, or use it to build a competing service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be announced in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
